Neo and Randal are good friends; sometimes Neo visits him to play. Neo is a little afraid of Randal, but despite the fear, they get along well. Neo is afraid of some of his pranks, torn between fun, his sense of morality, and fear. Randal sees him as a friend he can trust, almost like a brother, and when things go wrong, Neo always stops Randal, with the excuse that it's not cool enough.

Neo and Luther don't interact much. Neo is a little afraid of Luther, but feels he is trustworthy. The times they speak are only to say hi, ask for help, accept something, or say goodbye. Luther sees Neo as a good influence and treats him as part of the family.

Neo sees Nyon as harmless, he has never tried to talk to him or play with him, Neo prefers to leave him alone because he is afraid of scaring him, Nyon feels the same, he prefers not to interfere.

Neo is completely terrified of Nyen; he always keeps his distance and never dares to look at him, for fear of being punished or humiliated. Nyen views Neo neutrally; he doesn't want him near him or for him to be part of his routine.

Neo sees Sebastian as just another colleague, not paying much attention to what he says, although he loves to joke with him. When Sebastian is in despair, Neo feels sorry for him and tries to convince Randal to release him. Sebastian sees him almost as an opportunity to escape, knowing that Neo pities Sebastian. Sometimes Sebastian tries to confide in him or talk about freeing himself, but he is never listened to seriously.

Neo never got close to Nana, and he doesn't even feel the desire to. To him, Nana is like a potential predator; to Nana, Neo is the perfect dinner.

Neo adores Kitty; he loves playing and talking with her. Nana feels the same way, seeing him as a true friend and a great tutor.

Neo finds Hitchhiker A suspicious and tries to keep as much distance as possible. Hitchhiker A doesn't notice Neo, lost in his own problems.

Neo sees Satoru when Randal invites him to the dream world. His relationship with Satoru is somewhat neutral, although they both respect each other and get along well. Satoru sometimes feels jealous of Randal's relationship with Neo, and on occasion, he threatens Neo, but they soon make up and become friends again.
